will govern play except where local rules apply.
Failure to comply with rule might result in
disqualification. If unclear on how to proceed on
ruling, play a second ball in addition to the original
ball and scores. A golf professional on staff will
determine the correct ruling at conclusion of play. |

Handicaps determined by CTV tour officials based on
average players score submitted prior to play.
Player without handicaps will be averaged out after
two games of quota points and will not qualify for
quota points weekly monies for two games, but will
qualify for end of year quota points. Top 20 players
closest to or over their quota points will receive
points for end of the year tour money. End of the year
tour points will be distributed as follows: |

player places 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and is over their
quota points, half of the points will be added to
that player. |
| Example: |
| Players quota is 20 and player
comes in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd with 26 points, the
following week they will play as a 23. Any player
coming in under their quota by 2 or more will be
adjusted by dividing points under quota by 2. Max
drop will be 2 points and adjusted weekly. No
player will be allowed to play less than a 6. |
